If you bought a single template you will find your download file in your account area (link in the menu, you need to login first to see it).
If you didn't create an account you will receive an email with the template file attached to it. Be patient, sometimes it takes some time for that email to arrive, but if you need it urgently and can't wait then contact us.
If you bought our membership than you will see a Download button instead of a Purchase button and you can download any template straight from the front-end of the website, without going to your user account page. Visit this page
