When you download Elementor templates from us you'll want to import it to your website (of course).
Sometimes when you do that the footer and the header from your theme will still show up on the page.
Luckily, that's really easy to hide from the page, just select Elementor Canvas from the Page Layout option, all nicely shown on the below image.
