I purchased a funnel but didn’t make an account, haven’t got an email with the download link either, where is my template? It's on the way!Sometimes emails take some time to get to you, but usually, it should come to your email within an hour.In case you need something urgently you can contact us directly and we'll send you the templates file so you don't have to wait.
I can’t log in, how can I reset my password? You can reset your password here.
How can I change my password? You can change your password in your Customer Dashboard panel. Just click on the Account link in the main menu, after that scroll down to the Account Info section and you'll see options to change your password there.
What happens with my funnel after my membership expires? They will continue to work on your ClickFunnels account as they did while you had an active membership with us. But, you won't be able to download any of the current or new templates from our website or receive updates.
Do you accept payments via credit cards or just PayPal? At the moment we only have PayPal as a payment option, but in the near future, we plan to add other payment options such as paying directly with your credit and debit cards.
How can I cancel my subscription?
