Do you accept payments via credit cards or just PayPal? At the moment we only have PayPal as a payment option, but in the near future, we plan to add other payment options such as paying directly with your credit and debit cards.

Can I pay monthly instead of yearly? No, at the moment we only offer yearly and lifetime membership options.You can always buy templates individually and also make sure you check our Template Packs category if you would like to save some more money.

Do you offer a refund? Yes, we offer a 30 day refund period for our customers, but only in certain and very specific conditions. You can read more about our Refund policy on our Terms of Service page.

I can’t log in, how can I reset my password? You can reset your password here.

What happens with my templates after my membership expires? They will continue to work on your website as they did while you had an active membership with us. But, you won't be able to download any of the current or new templates from our website or receive updates.

How can I change my password? You can change your password in your Customer Dashboard panel. Just click on the Account link in the main menu, after that scroll down to the Account Info section and you'll see options to change your password there.

Where can I download / how can I find the templates I just bought? If you bought a single template you will find your download file in your account area (link in the menu, you need to login first to see it).If you didn't create an account you will receive an email with the template file attached to it. Can I get a discount? Short answer – no :) We have special promotions 1-2 times per year where we offer discounts but that’s it. One promo is in June when we celebrate the birthday of The Landing Factory, and the other promo is in November around Black Friday.

I purchased a template but didn’t make an account, haven’t got an email with the download link either, where is my template? It's on the way!Sometimes emails take some time to get to you, but usually, it should come to your email within an hour.In case you need something urgently you can contact us directly and we'll send you the templates file so you don't have to wait.
